Shake, stir and mix your way through a cocktail experience at KOKO, where you get behind the bar and try your hand at the bartender's craft.

We welcome you with a glass of prosecco and snacks, before our bartender introduces you to four classic cocktail techniques: Build, Shake, Throw and Stir.

Then it's your turn to step behind the bar. In pairs, you choose your own cocktails and get the chance to mix, experiment and put your personal stamp on the final result.

The course wraps up with a cocktail competition, where the evening's best cocktail is crowned based on technique and the finished drink.
