At arrival guests will be shown downstairs where the bartender will be ready to serve them a glass of prosecco. Snacks (chips, almonds and olives) will be placed on the table, according to the amount of guests. The bartender will gather the guests and welcome them to Koko. He will go through 4 methods, Build - Shake - Throw - Stir. Thereafter the guests will 2 and 2 go to the bar and make a cocktail of their choice. The bartender will remain in the bar and guide them throughout, tasting their cocktails as well. The guests can make their own drinks until there is 10 min left of the cocktail course. With 10 minutes left, the bartender will ask for the word, where he thanks the guest for the night and announces a winner based on skill and final result.

The winner gets a bottle of prosecco and 3 drink tickets. The course is concluded.
